Company History
In 2003, a Georgia-based entity named Automation Logistics Annaberg Corporation was established by Elektrobau Annaberg GmbH in collaboration with ELEBA Elektro - und Haustechnik GmbH. These German-based companies boast extensive experience in the automation industry across Europe.
In 2005, Herrmann Elektrotechnische Anlagen GmbH & Co. KG joined as a partner, leading to the relocation of the company's headquarters to Florida. This marked the transition to Automation Logistics Corporation.
Uwe & Frank Herrmann acquired Automation Logistics Corporation in 2011. In 2012, Automation Logistics Corporation became the majority shareholder of Zeroks USA LLC.
In 2013, Automation Logistics Corporation opened a subsidiary in Dresden, Germany, enhancing its ability to serve European clients more effectively.
In 2023 Automation Logistics Corporation purchased Zeroks USA LLC in its entirety and changed the name to Milestone Automation LLC.
